This is an e-group of women engineers, interior designers, architects, urban
planners, and scientist for solidarity and discussion.
It was founded in 2004. The group has about 350 members. Group members organize
meetings once a month in İstanbul and they publish an e-newsletter. Mostly, they conduct
activities related to discrimination in work life and in the hiring process. They aim to organize seminars to bring these issues into agenda at universities. They share experiences due to merely being a woman in both job seeking process and work life.
